Long story short: Awesome service on quality products.nnLong story long: After searching weeks for the perfect couch, my wife and I entered Kimbrell’s furniture. Greeted by friendly sales staff and shown some pieces to get a feel for what we wanted. Not seeing exactly what we were looking for we decided to call it a day and go home. She stopped and sat on a couch to tie her shoe when she says “this is the one”. I sat down and it was the most comfortable couch I have ever been on. Fully customizable layout and great features. So we put a down payment on it and finished measuring out the living room. Decided to add an additional section and just make it the whole living room. They easily accommodated the order and set delivery date. Delivery was on time, professional, called ahead and super careful. Found a few imperfections (cracked foot, small tear in an ottoman, and a damaged pin) immediately called and spoke with a rep who then linked us with management and they took every route to make everything right. That is top notch customer service in my opinion. I will be buying from them in the future and have already informed them we will be seeing them soon. So from sales reps, to accounts, to delivery and management... this place is the furniture store of the upstate for us.

We found beds that were exactly what we wanted but weren't sure if we could fit two queens in the space we had in mind. The associate held two queens until we could measure the space. We ended up with full size beds in a transaction that was completed flawlessly over the phone. Saving me a two hour plus round trip. Great experience, great looking beds, and great service.

Came in searching for a particular sofa. Claudio helped me and even checked computer to see if they had one in stock. He was great to work with and very nice and helpful. Great shopping experience and I bought my new sofa. I will be back again. Thank you.

Kim tells is a great furniture store service is great and friendly Claudia the salesman is absolutely a great person willing to help and assist you any way he can the manager and ladies up front are very friendly I would recommend this business to anyone looking to buy furniture
