Samantha is so helpful! Assisted with our crib and mattress purchase and helped us apply our 20% off coupon.
Went to this store and saw a body pillow to help me through my 8 month of pregnancy and even went online and was given a 20% off coupon from their site to my email only to be in the store and be told the pillow that was $65.99 was actually $84 which was more than the price tag by the pillow and the coupon that wasn’t even an hour old didn’t work and no one even went to check the price that was advertised by the pillow. My time was wasted and I will NOT be going back. I am beyond disappointed I the lack of customer service I received at the register !
I honestly don’t know where to start with this review... the staff is beyond friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been shopping here for close to four years, the staff treats all of its customers like family. Every part of the store is always so clean. Every staff member I’ve worked with has always gone above and beyond for us. Their prices are usually the best around, I never find myself lacking to have a coupon, and if all else fails they price match. Returns are always quick and easy. They are by far the best place to register for all of your baby needs. The registries here are easy to set up, use and manage. Besides all of that it is conveniently located. This is by far the place I recommend most to people that are looking for baby items or something for a small child. Ask I would call out some of the extraordinary staff members by name but there are too many to list as they have an amazing staff from top to bottom. ❤ufe0f
