Relax The Back

It's here! And, so far, we LOVE our chair. Special shout out to Steve and Joe, who delivered our item early and carefully! Sorry! Gotta run. No! Make that gotta sit. Need to relax the back in my new recliner.

Massage chair delivered and set-up yesterday. Technicians were great. Very easy install. Also, much impressed with Hannah during the purchase process. She is professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

Words cannot fully describe how wonderful the experience was shopping at Relax the Back in Greenville. I was shopping for a new mattress due to lower back pain and started out Labor Day weekend at this location.nnAshley took great care in trying out and explaining which mattress was best for me and my partner. The experience was relaxing, peaceful, and no pressure to buy. Although Temper-Pedic prices are high, I figured it would be best to see what the top choices were and work from there.nnSince it was Labor Day weekend, I checked out about 9 other mattress stores in Greenville to check out their collections and sales. These stores ranged from being overwhelming, smelly, rushed, pressurized (or lack of presence) from commission-based associates, and overall, nowhere near the experience at Relax the Back. Half of them did not even show us their Tempur-Pedic line, assuming that it was out of the price range. Some of these stores also had a no return policy due to Covid, which was a huge turn off for such a large purchase. We ended up going back here just to confirm the choice and to get a quote.nnAshley went out of her way on Monday (closed due to Labor Day) to put in my order to take advantage of some great financing options. I contacted her through phone on Sunday that I made up my mind about the bed (but the store was closed). This level of customer service is beyond exceptional, and we have already gone back to check out other items they have at the store. The associates were even able to keep a 10-year-old kid occupied with the demo beds and chairs while we looked around.nnThe white glove delivery was professional and took only 15 minutes to be in and out with a new mattress and adjustable base.nnMy lack of back pain, renewed energy, and overall wellbeing will be thankful for this bed for many years to come!
