This is our third purchase from the Fire House Store and we continue to be impressed with the entire process from selection to delivery. Sales personnel are knowledgable, helpful and accommodating. Delivery is profession, on time and delivery crew (in particular, Eddie and Michael) were fantastic!! Additionally, the product lines are high quality with many attractive options. Two years ago, we experienced an issue with one of our outdoor chairs and it was addressed and repaired, hassle free. They stand by their products and we definitely wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.
They explained the products well and helped me make a decision on which product I wanted. Because it was ordered at the holiday season it took longer than usual but now that's it's installed and working great I am so glad to have it! Great products at decent prices.
Very pleased with the purchase of our outdoor furniture. Al was very knowledgeable about what we wanted with our outdoor space and we could not be happier. Michael, our very friendly delivery person, took the time set up our fire pit and made sure we were able to operate it before he left. Overall very satisfied with the products and customer service at Firehouse Casual.
Eddie and Michael did a great job and were extremely professional. We are very happy with the furniture and the delivery service.
Firehouse delivery was just what I expected, on time, courteous and professional. Eddie and Micheal were great. From start to finish I enjoyed doing business with our Greenville store.
