I have had such a wonderful experience with La-Z-Boy shopping for new items for a living room. All the associates we encountered were so pleasant, it made made for a great environment! I specifically want to recognize two associates we have worked with over the last couple weeks, *Sarah B. and *Ruth Ellen.nThey have made this such a fantastic experience! Sarah and Ruth Ellen are the epitome of customer service! They are beyond accommodating, friendly and personable, so patient, too! They helped us find just the right selections and make decisions. We never felt rushed and felt like we were their top priority. They have made this experience fulfilling and pleasant in every way. Obviously I can’t say enough about them and the service we received, from initial visits to the details of measurements and the digital presentation through to final purchasing.nnWe are looking very forward to the new pieces arriving and being put into place. I can’t thank these two women enough nor recommend La-Z-Boy highly enough! If only all major shopping experiences were this much a joy...

Sara and Ruth were fantastic to work with for our keeping room changes. They were attentive to our likes and dislikes. The Lazy Boy room design tool used was a great way to help picture the colors, furniture size, and shapes in the room. They came out to the house to measure and allow us to see various materials in the light of our room which is different from the way it looks under the store lights. All in all it has been a very positive and rewarding experience. We highly recommend checking out Lazy Boy for your future furniture needs.nn4/7: Just to add an update, we met with Sarah and Ruth yesterday to go over some material and color options following our in home visit. Ruth came up with some new possible materials and colors as well as an end table recommendation. Sarah checked on and received answers to a few more questions we had. You don’t know how much we appreciate the patience of Ruth and Sarah as we worked through the choices and changes in direction throughout our whole decision process. We felt that we were the priority the whole time. There were never interruptions to take care of other customers, their focus was always on us and our preferences. They were good at gently making recommendations that may have stretched us out of our predetermined style and always looked for ways to stay within the bounds of our style preferences.nWe give 5 stars to Sarah and Ruth!!!! Ruth Ellen was wonderful. She had great ideas and lots of information for us. There was no pressure just lots of listening to what we wanted and were comfortable spending. When you go there be sure and ask for her. Daniel was great as well he was right there helping with pricing and more ideas for us. They made a super team. We had fun and will surely be back and recommend Ruth Ellen and Daniel to our friends and family. Great store!!

Has really nice furniture. Still high prices! Bought my Leather Living Room Suite there 2 yrs ago. Still enjoying the Leather. But be prepared for high prices. Never less best quality furniture. Do not regret the purchase! Really enjoy the look of luxury..!

FIVE STARS: Dec. 20, 2020 - I just purchased my recliner yesterday and it will not be delivered until mid Jan. 2021. My review is on the the ease of purchasing the recliner and the friendliness of the the staff. Once I recieve my recliner I will give a review on the product after daily use.nTWO STARS: on their delivery, they give u a 3 hr window the day before delivery. They r not considerate to working hours of customers. All I ask was for delivery after 3pm but the answer was we can’t do a set time. So I have to use a vacation day to receive a replacement recliner.nTWO STARS: on the recliner, perfect head rest that don’t cause neck pain. The Maverick Rocking Recliner in the store was perfectly padded but the one that was delivered on March 9, 2021 was not. Several spots in the recliner I cans feel the corner edge of the wood used to build the chair. Finally able to afford a La-Z-Boy, I was excited in the show room but very disappointed with the product. They offered a replacement, the one I have to take a day off work to receive. I truly pray it is made better than the previous.
