Well these folks are some of the best. Family business and they can truly save you money. I have bought several pieces over the years from them. I dare you to find someone to give you a better price on the same item. During this pandemic we ordered several pieces for our new house. Yes it took longer than we expected but no one can get anything any faster. When ever I need anything else it will be purchased from Factory Furniture.

First time shopping with Factory Furniture and will certainly be going back in the future with any furniture needs. Great family owned business, very polite and welcoming, no sales pressure, super knowledgeable:) Amazing prices for quality pieces! They had my pieces all set to bring home the same day as purchase. Gentlemen loading up in the back were very careful and paid attention to detail to ensure a smooth travel home with my purchase. Worked with Chris who was an absolute pleasure. Just received our love seat and we are very happy. We shopped around but ended up doing business with Siera at Factory furniture. Siera was very helpful without being high pressure.

Do no go here if you want furniture now or anytime in the near future. My wife and I were able to get a tv console but we ordered a couch from them back in August 2020.nnThe couch was supposed to be here in September, and then we call to check on it and set up a delivery time and then get told September/October. Again, they do not contact us to update us so I call and get told November/December. And again they do not call to update us then and I call and get told it will be January.nnI now just got off the phone with a guy who said it is now going to be March. We need living room furniture and they have been of no help in helping us find something else, they have been no help in updating, and instead of getting an accurate date they just keep pushing it out.nnEither they are selling our furniture and re-ordering or they just can’t get anything that needs to be ordered. Either way, they failed us in providing us living room furniture and failed in their customer service in helping us find something else.nnThe fact that we were able to get our TV console is the only reason I was willing to give two stars.
