This place was pretty great. Everyone was happy to help and friendly. There was a wide selection of furniture as well. Austin was great and got us some nice discounts on the couch and coffee table wet found. Will definitely be returning in the future.
I have become increasingly more disappointed with Ashley as of late. Two main reasons 1) customer service and 2) follow through.nnThe first disappointment for me was when we ordered a product online back in November of 2020. On the date it was supposed to arrive it never showed. I called Ashley and they had no idea where it was. After two long days of discussion we discovered it was on back order, never shipped and they had no clue when or if it would ship. No one ever called or emailed. No one respected us enough to notify us that the product wasn’t coming, even though they had our money. It took another day of conversation to get it cancelled and money refunded. Fast forward 3 more weeks and UPS arrived at our home with the product severely damaged. We rejected it. I called Ashley and their answer...” unfortunately our finance side doesn’t communicate with our warehouse side so your order never fully cancelled”.nnSecond issue.....we bought a lift chair for a limited mobility family member. It malfunctioned. I called to utilize the warranty. It took 2 weeks and multiple calls to ever get anything scheduled. They were supposed to call us, but never did. I had to find out who the warranty repair group would be and schedule an appointment.nnOverall I am fairly certain that after almost 7 years of buying multiple products from Ashley that I am done. They are very disorganized, they don’t follow up and as of lately their customer service is truly nonexistent. In a time when businesses are struggling maybe Ashley has become too comfortable.
Delivery issues. From day one of sales order we stated that the furniture would need to be delivered to our new home address. Called Ashley again after receiving confirmation that our furniture was scheduled for delivery, that was 2 weeks ago and ensured thar the delivery address was set to be delivered to our new home, Ashley insisted it was. Called 2 days prior to scheduled delivery date to reaffirm that it would indeed be delivered to our new home address. Well today is delivery day, we get a call that the furniture is at the delivery address. Needless to say despite our best efforts to ensure we were to get our furniture delivered to our new home address; they say the delivery team is at our OLD home address. Now we are forced to have to call them AGAIN, tomorrow after 2PM to find out when we can get our furniture delivered again. After spending an hour on the phone with their Customer Service they assured me once again that the delivery address is set to our new home address. I will come back and edit this review with an update, but as far as the rating goes they are staying at 1 star, if I could review for a zero star I most definitely would.nnP.S.nAshley Furniture, your systems suck if you can't have the delivery address updated on your customer service platform and it sync with your delivery platform. I would gladly develop a better system to support you're services for you. At a hefty price though. Get your systems updated with the current industry standards, not a platform using archaic methods of communications between your existing systems.

This furniture store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After the sale and before the delivery of furniture, they refuse to answer the telephone at the local store. A manager is never available to assist with anything. Though I can understand the numerous delivery delays we had for our order, there is simply no excuse for how this store operates. It takes hours to contact anyone at the corporate call center and they barrage you with daily emails about selling you more furniture that you can wait 3 or months to get. I would never by furniture from this store again.
