The whole process from shopping experience to delivery and set up was amazing! Have been doing business with Jeff Lynch for almost 20 years and every experience is a good day. Rowdy has been my sales person from the beginning. BUT, when I visit the store and he is not available, every sales professional I come in contact with reaches out to help. Very personable and knowledgeable. Delivery exceeded my expectations recently. Both times they came early! Great! Last delivery Britt & Moses teamed up like the “Dynamic Duo” to deliver a Refrigerator safely and carefully on my newly installed floor with such precision that I was astounded! Older homes can have narrower doorways, but these two professionals got the job done. I enjoyed their visit. They represented Jeff Lynch well. I prefer Jeff Lynch because they service what they sell. This is my go-to store. If I could rate them ten ⭐ufe0fs, I would. Thanks. God bless you all. Keep shining!!!
Our experience with Jeff Lynch has been wonderful. Warren was great to work with. He was very responsive and was super helpful in the selection process of our appliances. We also had a great experience with delivery. Austin McCarter & Daniel Hines were awesome. They were super friendly, attentive to detail and cautious as they brought everything into the house. We will definitely use them again!
Our family had an amazing experience with Jeff Lynch! Our visit to do research and find the best new refrigerator/ freezer went so smoothly, Eric and Jarred were so kind and patient helping us find the perfect fit and all the reps in the store were so kind and accommodating to help us find our way with our little ones!nnDelivery was fast and our delivery gentlemen, Britt and Moses were top notch! They gave us a call to give us a delivery window and offered to call us when they were on their way if that was convenient for us. They got everything installed and moved around for us quick and efficiently and we couldn’t be happier with our new LG side by side refrigerator/freezer! Would highly recommend Jeff Lynch for your next home purchase!
Overall, we had a good experience buying our appliance from Jeff Lynch. Stan was the sales person and he was great at helping to pick out our appliances to make sure we got the features we wanted. We were remodeling our kitchen so we ordered several weeks in advance and received a call when all of our appliances were in. We called to schedule a specific delivery date, but they did not arrive as planned, so that was a negative. We like our appliances so far, but much too early for any sort of critical review of them. The actual delivery went smooth and had good communication from Britt for letting us know the exact delivery time. Britt and Nate were very careful bringing the appliances into our home. One part was missing from our range and Nate was instrumental in getting one shipped to our home within a couple of days. A strong selling point for us was that Jeff Lynch has their own dedicated service person for LG appliances. I would definitely buy from them again.
Excellent experience with buying a sofa. I bought the piece of furniture at the end of May. I was not pressured to buy anything, the price was fair, and Jennings made the process fun. While shipping too longer than anticipated, I understand that is out of their hands and due to the pandemic challenges. When Tim and David delivered the couch, they were so professional-even asked to wash their hands before they carried my piece of furniture inside. Not only did they help me get the furniture situated, they also helped me move two other pieces. Very impressed!
