I went into Carolina Furniture to look for a new bedroom set and living room chairs in September 2020 and every one of the sales help had removed their face masks and were walking around like there was not a pandemic. I walked out and will NOT be back.

I purchased my very first sofa from Carolina Furniture and Interiors 25 years ago and I have been purchasing all of my furniture there since. Linda has been wonderful helping advise me on furniture purchases as we moved from home to home over the years and all of the furniture has been the very best quality. You will not find a better selection or a more experienced team to help you decide what to purchase for your home. Linda and Carolina Furniture and Interiors are simply the best in the Carolinas!

The furnishings are great, and the sales associates as well. But the owner is very difficult to deal with. The topic has come up with various people over time, if they had any experience with her they felt the same. I know of two designers who refuse to do business there for this reason. You might say “it’s the word on the streets.” I’ve brought the subject up with two different employee’s,, they totally agree. My main complaint with her is letting merchandise go out on approval. She makes it so difficult I dread to ask and don’t go there if at all possible. This is from someone who has purchased several items from her store. The only reason I’ve continued to shop there is because it is the nicest furniture store in town. Unfortunately the Greenville area currently doesn’t have a lot to choose from. But Greenville is rapidly growing and hopefully that will change just as rapidly. I wish for the sake of we customers I could give more than one star, but unfortunately that has been my experience.
