I went to this facility to get a furniture set and the lady that was helping me was very nice and helpful. When i finished my application and she gave it to the manger she denied me and said oooh i cant do it. would not tell me why but told me i could pay cash for it. So i left there and went to the facility in sumter and was approved. I would like to know what was so different between these 2 stores. And me getting approved one place and denied the other. I would not tell anyone to get anything from these peoples.

Always ask questions about what you want because the employees there won't explain themselves. Also, everything you see is how you will get it, I got a table from there and it came prebuilt. Make sure your house has enough space to move your stuff. With the COVID-19 crisis going on, don't do delivery. The delivery guys will have someone in your home sign for it and just leave it there where it could be stolen. The service plan is just a manufacturer's warranty, no extra coverage so it's pretty much useless. You're much better off shopping at Rent-A-Center than here.

We shopped here because of the Ratings. Service and staff was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and kind, we came in close to closing and they didn't rush out the door... The only concern was with our happiness in our choices. ( No pushy salesmen's speech) I know I asked a ton of questions and we walked the store several times. I would recommend for all household needs! They actually listen and match your needs.

No surprises! Which is good. Just another store with friendly staff and southern attitude. We checked for furniture and we found what we were looking for. So far, no surprises.
