I have had a storage unit in Fairhaven for about a year. I mentioned to Lexie in passing that I would be interested in a smaller unit when one became available in the same building I'm presently in. One day months later she called to say she had one available-I was shocked she even remembered my interest. Then on another occasion I had a billing issue which she resolved in the same day. I would say Lexie is an excellent employee with phenomenal customer service skills. She is professional, communicates well (even with a mask on) and has unreal follow up. The facilities are very clean and welcoming thanks to Lexie. She is an asset to Simply Storage hopefully she'll be around for a long time.
Excellent customer service, Lexie is extremely helpful! The prices are cheaper than anywhere else and the units are always in pristine condition! I highly recommend!
Lexi at the Fairhaven office went above and beyond to facilitate our getting a unit in time for our last minute move. Her attention to our needs was way above anything one would expect. She was a delight to work with and the entire facility is meticulously maintained. It is clean, orderly and safe. If I could give more stars to Lexi and Simply Storage in Fairhaven I gladly would.
This place is truly amazing. The prices are reasonable and the staff (Lexie) was really helpful and great to work with. I give this place 5 stars.
