Bought 20 bags of mulch, 9bly loaded 17
I drove 20 minutes one way to pick up a patio umbrella base. I confirmed availability on Lowe’s website prior to making trip. When I got there, no one can find them. even tho website said there were 3 in stock, and store computer says they have 5. The only bright spot was Sam, who didn’t even work in lawn and garden, but he spent a good 20 minutes looking for these items. He was so nice and professional.nSam, you rock.nLowe’s, you suck.

Had the tools I needed.
Bought a new door lock set from Lowe’s.nWhen the contractor had it installed we realized the set came with no keys!! He already had the holes drilled in my newly custom made doors I’m a bind with having the contractor at my home and no vehicle to run to town. This now is costing me more money for the contractors time. I called Lowe’s to seek some advice on what I should do and let them know the situation. I spoke with the manager Heather and she was very pleasant on the phone and when I told her my situation she literally drove to my house to bring me a new lock set and exchange the one we had with no keys! Heather saved the day and her willing to go above and beyond for a customer is amazing! I know this is not an everyday service that can be provided but she saved my day!! Lowe’s you have an amazing manager who cares about the costumers and went way more than above and beyond for someone!! Heather is amazing!!!
