Quite the umm conversationalist.. Otherwise ud83dudcaf the best bed buying experience I have ever had. I was buying for my disabled aunt. She has to have a bed at certain height to be able to get in and out. He swapped mattresses that fit measurements and even offered to swap the legs if needed. If you have specific needs this is the place to go.
Very clingy, very rude. Tried talking us into buying a mattress well over our budget even though we told them upfront what our price range was. Then he had the nerve to tell us to go to Big Lots. (We were shown several beds in our price range but the way he rudely came across, I was no longer interested and just wanted to leave.) Will NEVER go back and will tell everyone about the horrible experience I had there.
They definitely know their mattresses. They can tell you what bed you have (after you describe it to them) and which one would be a good replacement.
Very friendly, knowledgeable employee. There was only one person who was working there, at the time!nEasy to find! Right next to the Indian hospital in Claremore.
My experience with Snow's Mattress was great! The manager Kristina, was wonderful! She was sooo nice and more informed n her products than any salesperson I've dealt with.
