Waited forever on assistance on riding lawn mowers. Then when a worker was available. He just stood there and didn't bother to ask if we needed help. We actually had to walk up to him. Finally after getting help with that, went in paid for it.nGo outside and waited forever again. Worker comes out. Helps 2 individuals, he starts walking back in. I fast walk to catch up to him and say sir 3X and I was just ignored. Went inside to ask for some help with riding lawn mower. Waited 15 min. Finally a lady came out. Unhooked it. My husband and my 15 year old son loaded it. No other help asst. Worker said she will find someone but we already waited forever already.nCustomer Service needs to be a bit better. You see someone outside waiting. Go up to them and ask if anything they can asst. Not just ignore them. If we didn't need this so bad. Probably would have just left. But we needed it.

The inventory system does allow you to find something, if you look it up ahead of time and know the isle and location. Staff is friendly enough, when you can find them, but every visit is the classic case of wandering the massive box store and NEVER finding someone available to help. If you get good at finding stuff in the app, you're all set, but you're definitely on your own.

Very helpful staff and great selection of products. Hardly ever an issue here and those few times it has been resolved quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this place over The Home Depot any day.

I recently bought a washer and dryer from here. It was scheduled to be delivered a week and a half later on the weekend. It came the day it was supposed to but was damaged in the truck so I asked that they bring back ones with no damage. I was told that would be okay and they would call me soon on when I could expect the new ones to be delivered.nnAfter not hearing from Lowe's most of the day, I finally called the customer service line and was told I would need to contact my local store. So, I called them...multiple times for 30 minutes. Finally, someone answered and put me on hold. After waiting on hold for 5 minutes they hung up on me. So, I called back, was put on hold again and decided to drive to the store in case someone hung up on me. In the 15 minutes it took to drive to a physical Lowe's location I was on hold the entire time. So, I hung up and went in the store to talk to someone in appliances. I then waited there for 15 minutes for someone to come help me. I HAD TO CALL A MANAGER OVER THE LOWE'S INTERCOM FOR SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY HELP ME.nnAfter talking with the manager he said they were out of stock on the dryer I ordered, but could get one from another store and deliver it on Monday. Monday came and I didn't hear from Lowe's, so I called them that evening. Again, no one answered. I kept calling and finally got someone. They said it would come on Tuesday. Same thing happened on Tuesday. No delivery and no communication from Lowe's. The washer and dryer was finally delivered on Wednesday.nnFor 5 days I tried to contact Lowe's and get information about where my W/D was and when they were going to deliver it. Until the last of the 5 days, no one at Lowe's could find my order nor see that my initial delivery had been sent back. It was like they had to completed start the process over anytime I spoke with them. I don't know how a company the size of Lowe's operates when their store employees either can't see up-to-date information on orders or they haven't been trained on how to use their resources. Either way, Lowe's completely failed on being even reasonably competent and capable. I will now drive 10 more minutes to Home Depot every time.
