Spoke on the phone about purchasing a mattress and box springs with Kathy.there sales associate who was very helpful and friendly. We ended up going to the store and finished the deal and made the purchase. We asked about another mattress and adjustable base while we were there which was helpful. We plan on going back next month and purchasing it. This was our first time to try out an adjustable base. We’re sold on it. We appreciate her being so helpful.
The workers at the Norman location were wonderful. They were my last stop in OKC and Norman looking at mattresses for the day. They were the only stop where proper masking was in use by all employees, I appreciate that. They were able to answers questions well for RV mattresses. Both employees were genuinely helpful and kind.
Jennifer was absolutely wonderful! She helped us find the perfect bed and answered all the questions that we had about prices and everything. She got us an amazing deal and was so much fun to be around. I would recommend this store to anyone looking.
