I don't recommend their computers I got a gaming laptop there yesterday and it had a bad hard drive and almost immediately started with the boot loop bug when I got it home and while doing image recovery and update (This was caused by improper formatting by Rent-A-Center) and the computer froze and crashed halfway through and deleted windows. The diagnosis on the hard drive came from the number one geek squad employee in Oklahoma. Going back Monday for a replacement or a refund and I'll get one off facebook marketplace. I'm already paying about $2,000 for a $600 computer it could at least work!nnEdit: i haven't been able to come in because of work I'll be in Saturday for a new laptop as a replacement I don't want another broken one especially when I'm paying double what it's worth.

Had to give a one star that they do not deserve they are nothing but swindlers I am seeking legal action and will never ever again get anything from them will never recommend anyone to them I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau

This is a great place, great people and location! They are all super helpful and truly nice. Cody is amazing and always makes sure you get exactly what you need.

The customer service is horrible. They outright lied to me at every step. The district manager lied. The manager lied. Watch on youtube under my name. I will not say any more as this store has been known to retaliate.

The staff is great and the payment plans are really reasonable i needed a washer and dryer and they only charged me $12 down on a brand new Maytag set and semi monthly payments and when i moved to my new apartment i didn't havea hook up and they let me give them back no problems or extra fees so i switched and got a brand new bed for only $4 down and $42+tax semi-monthly and as soon as i pigsty out my bed i plan on getting a new living room set
