While some of the associates are friendly and helpful, others are not so much. The most disappointing aspect of this business I’ve come across is that they do not allow returns, and they do not warn you about this when you’re making a purchase. I had purchased a changing table topper that sets on top of a dresser- after opening the box at home, I realized the quality of the piece was far from being worth the $150 I paid for it. I won’t go into detail, just that I was pretty upset I had wasted that money on a cheap piece that probably cost $10 to make. The store owner did end up offering me in store credit for the return, but I had already purchased all the furniture I needed, so the credit is possibly going to end up useless to me. ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f

Great, affordable prices with a wide variety. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for kids beds.

Horrible furniture is nice good quality, service terrible, sold me a floor model which I was never told it would be, a crib and dresser set, with COVID here wasn’t happy about that. Upon delivery I find not only that but the changing table was on back order called 5 times over three months, finally receive it and no pad for changing table, call to see where it is, apparently it sold separately, yet another piece of information I wasn’t told. The owner doesn’t understand why I am upset says the changing table had been there but when they called I didn’t answer which is a lie first I have a cellphone no message left, second I called the store 5 times so why wasn’t I informed then that it was in, my grandson finally has a changing table at 3 months old with no pad..... horrible I spent over 4,000 dollars with them, never again.
