My husband and I went in looking for a lift chair,( still thinking about the lift chair for a relative). Ended up buying 2 lazy boy chairs. We’ve owned lazy boy chairs in the past and were very happy with them.nLacey was helpful and pleasant , we enjoyed having her help us.nI would recommend this store and Lacey for a pleasant shopping experience and comfy chairs.

The experience inside the store with our initial salesperson was great! We were given tons of great info and felt confident in our purchase. We opted to do a special order sofa, ordered it in mid-September knowing it would take 12 weeks (we were told at the longest) before getting the sofa. When we were coming up on the 12 weeks, I reached out to find out the status of our order only to find out that the order was an additional 6 weeks behind. Not only had we not been kept in the know about our order, we were actually left to fall through the cracks because the sales person who soldnus our couch had gone on leave. No one followed through to let us know the couch had been delayed. Once I was able to get someone to talk to to help me, she insisted she would keep me updated. It was only after I had to reach out 2 additional times for follow up information, with the manager claiming she had “planned” on calling me. We are sitting here 16 weeks after ordering our couch with nothing to actually sit on. Worst part was I was treated like I was a bother for checking to see where my custom order couch was! I’m a pretty reasonable person and would also be forgiving had ANYONE bothered to make sure we were taken care of after the sales person left or even tried to right the wrong after I had to reach out about the situation. I also realize we are in uncharted waters with things being slower because of COVID-all things I would have been understanding about if someone had just reached out to us. I sure hope my couch is comfortable!

We ordered a couch with a single customization of a different color upholstery in middle of September. We were told that the longest the delivery would take was 12 weeks. They even shared that most orders were coming in faster than that, but were confident our couch would come in before Christmas. After receiving zero information from Lazy Boy for 10 weeks we placed a call the first week of December. The sales manager was rather rude to my wife without any prompting, and told he it would be early January before they would deliver our couch (16 weeks from order). So we called today because we were hoping for good news. We reached their manager again, who was once again very rude to my wife. She then said it could take until the end of the month. Obviously we are livid, but the best part is that the store manager called us tonight (for the first time in 20+ weeks), and has the audacity to tell us our delivery won’t come in until mid-February at the earliest. Lazy Boy does not care about their customers! If you want high quality, customized furniture, do yourself a favor and do not shop here!

Sandra was extremely patient with me in my search for the right sleeper sofa. I thought the look was the most important thing in choosing a Lazy Boy but she showed me the difference in mattresses and cushions. I gave her my color combinations and she was great in helping me out with choosing the sample that matters most.... the one my wife liked.

We loved the wide selection of recliners, and that they had our selection in stock. Our sales rep., Lacie, did a fantastic job. I thought that shopping for a new recliner for my 97 year-old mother was going to be quite the chore, but it actually turned out to be a breeze. Highly recommend these folks.
