We just purchased four home theatre seats, a patio table/chairs, and two pool lounge chairs at family leisure and had the most wonderful experience. Keith Kennedy was incredibly knowledgeable and made the transaction go very smoothly. If I could give this store more than five stars, I would! Recommending this place and Keith to all of our friends!
I love their knowledge, expertise, and friendliness. They have so much to chose from. I feel like a kid at a playground.
For the cost of the furniture, you’d think they’d take more pride in their store/cleanliness. Place felt like a consignment shop yet they’re selling furniture that’s $6k+.
Awful delivery! Scheduled one week out, did not show for appointment, called 5 - FIVE - hours later with story about broken truck. Not worth it, go to Lowes, Big Lots, anywhere. LEISURE is for their delivery model.
My hot tub is very important to me because of my chronic pain; I’ve been without it since October. They ordered the wrong pump and cancelled installation or just did not even show up to install it 5 times. They did the same thing to us a couple of years ago with another part. Lame excuses each time and charged a $200 deposit that they weren’t supposed to charge. It’s a new year and still no hot tub!!! I recommend using a different company if you are expecting respectful and professional service.
