I haven't rented anything from them since 2018. I had a tv and some furniture I was cut a deal on because the love seat had been tore up from the previous owner. When I did my contract they told me that if I had any problems with making my payment to let them know and they would work with me. My father-in-law passed away shortly after Thanksgiving that year and I called and told them what was going on and that I would be a few weeks late making my payment. They said no problem just keep us updated. 3 days later after that phone call I get a very rude call from the manager, at the time, telling me that I needed to get in there and make my payment after being told that delaying my payment was fine because they understood about my father-in-law. Long story short...THEY LIE!!!

The employee Tasha there is amazing very friendly and down to earth! She was very helpful to me and my husband and we were very pleased with our purchase but more so with her customer service.

Will not purchase anything else from this store. I got a couch and love seat it was not cleaned at all. Day later we had bits all over us. There was bed bugs in the couch.
