Pat gave false information to get an extra sale out of my mother then gave her the run around to get her money back on item she never wanted. Very shady will not do business there again. Still have not got refund, but they have picked up the love seat.
I too have made several purchases from Westco in the last couple years using their financing. Never a late payment, and most where paid off early. However, my past credit history means nothing to Westco, and I am treated as if I had never been in their store. I always walk away sorry I tried to support a local business.
Jamie, Darlene and the rest of the staff at the Miami Westco are always friendly and helpful while finding what you are looking for.

NOW my credit isn't good enough for you?? I guess it doesn't pay to be a loyal customer that pays on time. I will be doing my shopping at Sears from now on.
