Craig County Rural Water District

First they slow down the main feed to the tower and then no water at all. Never got any notice and can't ever get anyone to answer the phone there and when they finally answer the lady is so rude and tells us not our problem and hangs up. This is not acceptable! The worst water department ever!

They aren't any good a giving info on water outages. Was told at 9 this morning that it would be back on in an hour. Almost 6 pm now and no water. I'm pretty sure they took their phone off the hook because all you get is a busy signal

Does not provide updates, does not let customers know of issues. Is aware they have a monopoly and does not worry about customers.

WOULD LOVE TO SEE THEM GET UP TO DATE WITH THEIR PAYMENT SYSTEM, WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO PAY ONLINE !!!!!!!!!! and the lady that works there is rude !!!!!!
