Good for home improvements. We were looking for a certain product and was told to ask someone with a red vest . Asked 1 man who said he does not know of any such product. Asked another man who acted like we were a bother to him so we just walked away then we saw a lady with a red vest we asked her ,this lady said she moved here from Alaska, she was kind and energetic with a positive attitude and kind words . Even though we could not find the product with computer saying had 2 in stock and what isle it was on the day was not lost due to this lady in a red vest . Thank you to the lady for trying to help us ,those other people in the red vest could learn something from her . It was worth the trip just to meet her .

We went in and headed for the Plumbing area, which should have been a quick trip. We couldn't find what we wanted so we asked everyone that oassed by if they worked in plumbing and they all said no. Only one young man called for assistance needed in plumbing. Well no one ever came. Finally I decided to go up to the front desk. Then I saw another guy and asked him if he coukd help us and I told him what we were looking for. He was so nice and said he would try even though he worked in Electrical. He followed me to where my husband was and looked in 3 places where it might be. The 3rd place was a hit. We thanked him so much. We got what we came for, paid for it and got the heck out. What should have been a quick in and out trip took almost 45 minutes.

Rude management. Be prepared to spend hours delivering. Even if you call ahead to advise an ETA. Don't order delivery here if parked for the night. You will not get it.

My mother is 79 years old and in poor health. She went to Lowe’s in Durant and wanted to look at a washer and dryer. She stood for about 30 minutes before she saw someone to ask for help. That person went to find someone and the manager came back to help her. My mom called me very upset the way she the manager treated her. Yes she is elderly but deserves respect and patience like you would treat your mother. Do you know how that affects people ? No matter how stressed or over worked you are Shame on you. My mom is sharp on her good days, today was a good day for her until she was treated poorly.
