Only went to pick up a uhaul and the guy i dealt with was funny and very nice.. 100% would rent just based off of that experience..
Super helpful and friendly staff. The manager always takes time to answer my questions and resolve any issues quickly. I highly recommend this storage facility.
I had a storage unit for 2years just moved out last week and the service there was the best. The previous managers were the same as the Manager Austin who is friendly, kindly and caring. If you had questions he would make sure it was answered and understood. I recommend this storage location to anyone who is looking for great customer service and I have to say thanks again for a great experience.
Worst storage unit ever!! Elevators are always broken and then they want to over charge and proclaim 180 dollars for damages done from proping a rock against a door to move belongings in! A door that was never replaced and still looks the exact same??? Give me a break! Do not rent here!
This is by far one of the best storage places in the valley. The owners are very pleasant as well as helpful. Very well maintained and I love the many different ways you can pay monthly bill. They email invoices as well as reminders on due date. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for storage place.
