I've been with Pride for almost a year now, and there is a reason im continuing with Pride. You're going to find and experience bad things or people almost anywhere you go, not here, atleast for me, from the almost year I've had so far. Here at Pride, they truly are a Drivers Company, alot of the Office/Shop staff are CDL holders themselves so they understand the ins and outs for drivers. My DM (Megan S.) handsdown is one of the best people I've worked with, from my previous Navy career until now, there is a few that I can say that about. There is no issue getting on hometime at all, she keeps me running, the COMMUNICATION is there, and most importantly SHE LOOKS OUT FOR ME! In the almost year I've been here I've done about two or three 34 hour resets, you WILL run recaps here (constantly) and that's how it should be! The Logistics here runs very smooth, The trucks and equipment are WELL maintained and the shop is on it quickly if you have an issue, and they dont leave you hanging and sitting like other companies do. So if you want to run and I MEAN RUN and make a good living, give Pride a shot! Ive referred a few of my friends that have worked at different companies before and they are still here loving it as much as I do.

Great place to drive for..
Reputable company with strong values. As an employer, you get out what you put in. Safety is a big focus. Newer and well maintained fleet mean fewer break downs. Located in the busy trucking hub of West Valley City.
Awful company. Will work drivers till they drop and against all federal rule of law.
