Always can get me in. Always nice to me. They take necessary steps to protect their clients. Pricing is competitive.
I have here a few times with staff technicians performing the services. Today the female owner gave me a pedicure and a manicure. In short, if she is the tech, request to wait for another technician or walk out. I purchased the $39 pedicure, which includes several extra steps over and above the basic pedi. I was in the chair less than 10 minutes, at no point would I call it relaxing or pleasant. It was a rushed job with no attention to detail - her only goal was to get me in and out. In fact by the time it came to polishing my nails after a 3 minute manicure, she got up and left the polishing to her husband, who should probably stick to his other job, because polishing nails is not his forte.nHighly unlikely I will return, terrible service fir the money.
Tom and Mary are wonderful! Always taking the extra steps to make sure I love my nails. I highly recommend coming here. Been my go to place since I've moved to the area
I wasn’t able to get a walk-in appointment anywhere else but I called here & they told me to come in, I got a full acrylic set & the techs did a great job. Place was clean & very pleasant, highly recommend.
Mary does my SNS dip polish. I bring my own container and mini dust brush. Mary helps me select and puts sparkles on a few fingers and toes. My nails last longer than prior salon at least 3 weeks. Pedicure lasts a while too.nnMary is kind and meticulous and customer service and satisfaction is a top notch priority. I was referred to Mary and not disappointed. If unhappy with anything let her know, she will take care of it so that you are happy!nI feel pampered when I go even during COVID in a clean and safe environment. It is nice to have a conversation, relax, and even have a few laughs.
