This was my second massage with Lynn and I swear she is a miracle worker! She was so thorough asking about my problem areas and made sure the I was completely happy with the amount of pressure she was using during the massage. I left feeling amazing! Highly highly highly recommend going here for your next massage!
Lynn is extremely professional and so incredibly knowledgeable. Her trigger point therapy really relieved a lot of pain. She also found trigger points that I didn’t know I had that have made me feel so much better overall. Her space is warm and inviting and she made me feel comfortable during the entire process.
I saw Lynne for years when she was located in Morehead City. Her deep tissue massages were incredible. She’s very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about trigger points and the schools of thought behind different massage techniques. Most importantly, she was attentive to my personal needs, going out of her way to find helpful aromatherapy scents that didn’t trigger my migraines, and taking care to cater to my OCD. Her room was always extremely clean, neat, and peaceful. Cary is lucky to have her!
I have been a patient of Lynne's for over 20 years. She had a massage therapy business in Morehead City, NC and I was one of her first local patients after she set up her business. During that time I moved to Raleigh for 3 yrs,. and I made a point of coming back to MHC at least once a month for a massage. I moved back to MHC and had a weekly massage for several years. I have Fibromyalgia, a condition affecting muscles and tendons, and her deep tissue massage is the best! I have not found another therapist that gives the quality massage that Lynne is able to do.
I received a massage from Lynne and it was SO good. I love how personable she is and also her style of massage. She has been in this industry for awhile so she knows what she is doing and as a personal trainer I trust her with my clients for their massage therapy.
