Old Dominion has great customer service! Tom is exceptional! He is so friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming :) Great experience as my husband and I were new to this beautiful state. We will definitely use Old Dominion again for moving services. Thanks Tom!

What a great operation.Had a fragile delivery sent long distance.Gave me a delivery date and time window.Hachi the driver could not have been nicer and more helpful.If you want your stuff delivered intact these are your guys!

Messed up my delivery date 2 times, not bothering to call me on either day as I had to call in before EOB to check to find out that I had been misled by them again. Not even very apologetic, just matter of fact that it will not be here again today. They say they currently lost my shipment in the warehouse and need to wait for the employee who moved it to come back.nnUpdating my review because the manager of the Morrisville location called me and delivered it personally to me within an hour after I called. Very nice guy, very apologetic and helpful. Updating my review to 3 stars for his efforts and help.
