Super friendly folks run this place and are happy to help with anything you need. The fully online booking process also was very convenient and was one less thing to worry about while moving. The facility is very clean and has a good number of carts available for use. Parking to unload however is a little cramped and is something worth considering.

The people who work at this storage facility are awesome. I needed to rent a second unit from them and Brittany helped me through the online rental forms, when I was stuck on what to do. She made the process smooth and seamless. The facility is very clean, lighted well in the climate controlled areas, several rolling carts available to help with moving things, and they have supplies to buy in case you need them. I highly recommend renting a unit there. I will continue to be there customer for as long as I am in N.C..

What great place! Pete was incredibly helpful with guiding us trough the process. The facility was very clean and social distancing measures were in place. I totally would recommend Life Storage

I've been with Unc Bob storage for years I love the friendly environment... Most of all Ms BrendannToday is Tuesday 9:29 2020 I have to give Miss Brenda at Life Storage on Dillard Drive two thumbs up I am back there again feels like I'm back home thanks again Miss Brenda have a great day
