The rates are very reasonable and the location is close to the state fairgrounds where I vend most weekends.nnI have had only positive experiences with management. They have accommodated moving my unit when there were issues.nnThere has been significant damage to the grounds from poor drainage on adjacent lots. However, they are constantly improving and taking very good care of their clients

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I returned a budget truck there clean, with a full tank, and on time. Two days later they charged my card saying I did none of the above. When I went there they had absolutely no proof that those charges were necessary (which I knew they were not). They said they had all this documentation with nothing to show! And to make matters worse, the man working there had a nasty attitude when I said I’ve disputed the charge with my bank. Thankfully Budget agreed with me and put the funds back on my card. THESE PEOPLE ARE SHADY AND RUDE. I will be filing a claim with the BBB.
