I shipped my stuff from US to India, and paid extra for Universal Relocations to pack my things. I paid extra for TV, they confirmed it will be put in a special wooden pallet, and handled carefully.nWell TV came broken, it was very poorly packed in just a blanket and a box. The folks who opened the box were shocked at how badly it was packed.nI didnt include Insurance just because they told me how careful they will be with the TV. Other things like Mirrors and picture frames were more carefully packed than TV. Very disappointed at the unprofessional and poor quality of service offered by Universal Relocations.

I have recently use the universal relocation to ship 7 boxes from US to India. Advantages :n1. Value for Moneyn2. Ontime Pick upn3. Timely follow up about the parcel pickup / status through emailn4. Friendly staffn5.Overall they know what they are doing in this area.
