This review is for Cam the manager at Hillsborough street location. Cam has been nothing short of exceptional. He has always been very helpful and professional. He is courteous and has gone out of his way to help out in any way he can. I recently moved out of town but continued to keep my unit even though it’s half empty. As an example of him going above and beyond..... I mailed my son who is a student at NCSU a key to my unit so he could get a bike out of my unit. The key broke off in my lock while he was trying to unlock it. Cam helped him get the key out and now my son can ride his bike to the gym. AND I didn’t have to take a trip to Raleigh to remedy the situation. I really appreciated his effort and realize that although it might not seems like much .....it helped my son and I out. If only all managers were more like Cam . Thanks again
I went today to the 6501 Hillsborough St. location and I gotta say - Cam was the best ever! Super nice and helpful. Plus units are super clean. Beyond recommend.

Great facility. Easily the best and cleanest I've ever used. The gentleman who manages the place is just that, a gentleman. Professional and very good at his job. Highly recommend.
This storage company keeps renting out to music bands and you find seven or eight cars parked so you can't access your unit. If you want to access your unit you'll have to ask the young band members to stop playing and move their cars but they will just give you a bad look.
