I've used this CubeSmart facility for the past two years. The customer service is top-notch and the facility is very clean and safe. The reason I'm only giving it a 4 star rating because the price increases about $20 per year. It's now nearly $200/month(w/ insurance) for a 10x15 unit. I feel that's too high for a medium size unit. I no longer need the unit, but I think I would've switched to a less expensive facility.

From the first time I walked in to the final time, the staff has been very helpful and gracious. The facility is clean, safe, convenient, and well appointed.
