We have been using this facility for a little over a year as we’ve been moving across the country slowly. Daryl has been nothing short of amazing to us including helping us save money by downsizing as we move more of our things. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Daryl and Extra Space Storage. Moving is difficult enough and to know our things were safely tucked away with easy communication from the team has made it painless! The facility is extremely clean, comfortable, temperature controlled and safe. Choose Extra Space Storage, Daryl and his team will take WONDERFUL care of you!

My experience with Extra Space Storage was very smooth and pleasant. The employees were both very polite and super nice! The storage units are super clean as well as the entire facility. Darryl made my transfer from one unit to another unit super easy!

Cannot say enough good things about the place - what a pleasant experience from beginning. I called the location when looking for storage places and the manager of the location, Erin, answered all my questions in great details, without being pushy at all (which is really much appreciated... since most of the time people just push really hard to sell when you are still trying to make a decision). Then I scheduled an in person visit which also went very smooth. No pressure to buy a bigger space or having hidden fees or anything - everything is explained clearly and you really feel like you can trust them.nnOn a day to day basis, the place is easy to access, very clean, and Erin is always around to help out in any way she can. Always service with a smile and just a smooth and nice experience every time when I interact with them.nnHighly recommend!

Daryll and the team at Extra Space Storage in Cary are fantastic, friendly, and extremely helpful. They get customer service right. This was our second experience with Extra Space and both have been good. They have secure, well-lit facilities. Nothing has ever been stolen, and they have good rates. I highly recommend this location.

Safe, secure, clean. Erin was completely helpful with move-in day.nnI did get lost on way out because office is floor 2 rather than floor 1 on elevator. I suggest signage on the button in elevator.
