I reached out to this company when I was informed one of their employees likes to abuse and beat on women and degrade them. I know for a fact I was NOT the only one who tried to contact them about this and several attempts with nothing. I refuse to use a moving company that allows people like that to continue working for them!! After all I wouldn’t want someone like that knowing where I live and moving stuff into my home. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO USE. I will be sure that everyone I know is aware of this and does not use this company until they do something about it.nn***UPDATED REVIEW: I have changed my review to 5 stars because I was made aware that the employee who was abusing/degrading women has now been fired. I can appreciate a company that will stand behind this and therefore they deserve 5 stars.
I have used Big Brother Moving 3 times since moving to NC in 2017 and each time they did not disappoint. They know exactly what they are doing and approach the move with a plan. They get right down to business as soon arrive. Cary and Travis have moved me twice and it’s nice to see that they are still working for the same company after 4 years! Give them a call, you will be very happy you did!!
Several pieces of furniture was scratched, solid leather recliner's leg was broken and they never mentioned this to me. During the move, when i mentioned the very nice desk had been scratched, Kerry walked away as if i had not mentioned it. One piece of my exercise equipment had a huge scratch down the side. I will never use this company again.
I'd reccommend them to anyone! So extremely careful with everything and went above and beyond. They made moving a total breeze.
As a General Contractor, I have used Big Brother Moving on many occasions. Always reliable, always excellent service! They are my go to moving company 5/5 stars!
