Wonderful experience at this location! By far the largest showroom in the area with the most selections to choose from AND they also have dozens of clearance items! The sales team (Lynwood & Silas) is a dynamic duo! These guys are hysterically funny and really put you at ease, which makes the entire buying process a breeze and entertaining!!! I will definitely be sending my friends and family to this location in the future!
I went out looking for three mattresses for my kids today. Visited a couple of places but after reading the reviews on google decided to visit Mattress Firm. Trust me and the other reviews... you will not be disappointed! Lynwood helped me and was helpful before I stepped foot in the door by holding it open for me to push a double stroller inside. He listened to me and found just what I needed for a wonderful price. He just earned a customer for life!
I worked with Silas, and he made sure all of my questions were answered. I can't stress enough how pleased I was with his service, friendliness, and respect--he wasn't pushy in the least, and truly understands letting quality products speak for themselves. If I need another mattress, I'll be looking for him at this store.nnI also wanted to mention his supervisor, Linwood (very sorry if I got your name wrong!). The few times Silas didn't know an answer, Linwood was right there with the information, and was also instrumental in getting me the best mattress for the best price. These guys were a great team!
Lynwood was exceptional at describing the inventory. Transitory time, etc. went to store to purchase one Queen and ended up purchasing a Queen and a King. Great experience. More fitter the delivery experience in two days.
Lynwood was very helpful in our mattress shopping journey. He made it fun, informative and stress-free. My wife and I appreciated that he brought up caveats to one brand or feature over another for practical things that we might not have thought of ourselves. I would recommend seeking Lynwood out to assist you in your purchase if you are planning to drop into the Crossroads Mattress Firm location.
