Karen B. took the time twice (wife and I went in separately and was thorough both times. Explained everything about the bed and the frames, along with everything else.
Although the beds are expensive, my wife and I had a great experience at this store working with Mark. We purchased a mattress but haven't had it delivered yet, so I can't comment on how much we like the product. The purchasing process was easy and thorough.
