Janet has done a wonderful job with understanding what my needs/wants are and has supplied beautiful yet functional pieces that are aligned with what I am looking for. She has also spent the time and gone to my home a few times to make sure that my choices work with my existing interiors and to put me at ease. Will has also been so helpful with design advice and pointing me to some wonderful fabric selections that I can't wait to utilize! Strongly recommend this location and EA for well made and beautiful furniture.

My wife and I recently purchased new living and dining room furniture from Ethan Allen in Cary, NC. Our design consultant and sales person, Janet Wendel, provided us with inspired ideas, with no pressure. She and Will, the store manager, made the process very easy, all the way from selections of style, wood, color, fabric, and color. We were extremely pleased with the customer service and highly recommend Janet and Ethan Allen.

We needed to update our living room furniture with quality, custom pieces that we will keep for years. Lexie was so patient as we sat in chairs and sofas over and over again to find the best fit for us. She came to the house and created a custom plan, then helped us choose durable fabrics to coordinate with the other new pieces and our existing pieces that we wanted to retain. Delivery service was professional and courteous. Great experience from start to finish.

I wanted our new home together to be a blending of our styles with an emphasis on ease, timeless classics, and comfort: the kind of home where everyone loves to linger. Janet Wendel at Ethan Allen Cary was such an incredible partner. She listened to what I wanted to achieve, understood my design aesthetic, and made amazing design choices and fabric suggestions I would not have been able to create on my own. She even made suggestions on the proportion of light fixture to get for the space. I'm very excited to see how everything we picked looks in our home. The entire process was effortless.

Our sales representative, Lexie Bennett, went far and beyond what my wife and I expected. She displayed a well balanced approach and offered amazing suggestions. She even offered to travel to our home, which is over an hour a way, to get a more introspective look of what we desire as we continue to outfit our home. She gave us grade “A” service. I highly recommend her.
