Hard to find someone if you look for an item.
It's Lowe's cmon
I received a delivery the other day, and I had trouble finding out how to leave some positive feedback since I ordered online. Taron was insanely helpful and made certain not to damage the driveway, AND offered to help me move my purchase into the garage. He's certainly an asset on the team and takes ownership of customer care. Order # 719763487 I've called the store twice to let you all know but the lines have been busy.
They have employees not wearing masks at all. After waiting for a few minutes at the desk to be acknowledged, I was approached by an employee (Briana) not wearing a mask. She scoffed when I asked her to wear one while close to me, so I went to find another employee. As I approached, another customer was asking the second employee if they could do something about others in the store not wearing masks, and the employee refused. I specified that employees are not wearing masks, and she refused again.nnTo his credit, the manager told me that he would correct the situation when I spoke to him, but this is clearly a culture problem. I already had paint being mixed, but took my business to Ace for the rest of the items I needed.
How bout ya'll don't have someone in plain clothes follow shoppers around every corner thinking they are going to steal something. Maybe just maybe they are just looking around until they make their purchase. Other than that issue everything else about this store is perfect from the variety of selections to the friendly and helpful staff .
