I ordered my couch back in November and asked if they were certain it would be ready for my move in March. They assured me this wouldn’t be a problem and it would be ready. My moving date changed to April, so I called and informed them of the change. Again, I was advised this wouldn’t be a problem and I was on the calendar. I called numerous times for verification and was told each time that it wouldn’t be an issue. Called 3 weeks before my move to get on their delivery schedule only to find that they had lost my reservation. They couldn’t give any ETA on when my couch would be ready, but they had originally told me a 3-month wait time. I did my due diligence and was repeatedly told they had it handled, only to be left with a VERY stressful situation in the middle of a move (in the middle of a pandemic when it’s really hard to get new furniture). They honestly seemed pretty nonchalant about the mistake, although they did refund my money. Will never do business with them again.

Really turned into a nightmare with delivery. We were so excited to finally get our couch and waited ALL day yesterday from 8am-9pm for the delivery drivers to go home and no one contact us. Our time slot kept moving back in hours on the tracking app but could see they were close. We waited in our house all day and did not leave due to this and now we have to wait till 2pm today to call wait on hold and reschedule for another work day where we are busy? We wanted to buy much more from Ashley but definitely will take our money elsewhere after this experience. Don’t buy here...

I bought a couch from here in early September of 2020. They told us that all but one part would get here when we moved into our apartment on November 20, 2020. We did not get PART of our couch till January 2021. The other part of our couch was then supposed to be delivered to us in March but they canceled and never rescheduled when they would drop it off. Now it’s April 2021 and they are just now scheduling it for redelivery. Lesson learned: don’t shop here. You won’t get what you bought for 8 months.

The chain in general has some good options but poor/no customization options. But the service was great! Matt and the other managers were all kind and patient; creating several quotes over the period of several weeks as we tried to make the right decision for our home. Each time they treated us like family and answered the 1 million and 1 questions about everything from the chemicals used in their couch coatings to size options and delivery liabilities. When my infant could not wait for us to discuss all of the details, Matt pulled out a rubber dinosaur and soothed him instantly! I only wish there was more customizability but we would come back again and again for the customer care.

I worked with Leah and she was great, however I will never buy anything from Ashely’s again! My Bed Frame has broken twice since I’ve gotten it! It came unglued and the bed rail cracked in half on the side I don’t sleep on. Not only that, but the process in getting this stuff fixed is horrible! I’ve had it for less that 6 months and haven’t been able to sleep on the bed for two of those months! I will steer everyone I know away from this company!!!
