Mike at the Morrisville store was excellent in educating us on mattresses. Joey and Tim were excellent in delivering our mattresses. Highly recommend all three.
Great place, great customer service, just a bit pricy.
The selection of different mattress styles and features was significant, the sales person really knew her product and was able to answer every question we had in order to decide on the right style and feature for us. Delivery was fast and the option of after sale returning the mattress within 30 days if not satisfied with only a small fee for disposal was assuring to us. So far we are very satisfied with the product and the whole purchase process..
The sales associate provided an extremely clear and detailed explanation of the distinctions between the various lines of mattresses and the various models in each line. She also provided helpful information about how to evaluate a particular model and make sure that it was right for our situation (a platform bed) without pressuring us in one way or another. This was one of the best experiences I've had shopping for a mattress. We received the mattress a little over a week ago, and we are very pleased with our choice.
