I ordered an (in stock) sectional online, it was delivered within 2 days as promised. I love the sofa; it was reasonably priced and looks good. Customer service was top-notch, multiple communication methods were used to verify delivery times. Delivery guys were also friendly, they figured out a way to fit the couch without blocking any doors. They made the assembly look easy and most importantly were careful about placement and not leaving any scratches. Thank you for the smooth process.

We needed a comfortable affordable sofa. Found many great choices here. The floor selections appear to be carefully chosen to appeal to many tastes and needs. Prices were much lower than I expected yet the furniture looks great and well made. The staff was very polite, readily available but not intrusive. The experience in general was one of the best we have had buying furniture.

Recently relocated to North Carolina and needed some furniture for my temporary rental, but was on a budget...from maintaining the rental and my house in Florida. After stopping at a couple of stores, I decided to give Discount Furniture of the Carolinas a try. Everyone there was extremely helpful, polite, and just awesome to deal with. The lady that helped me was joy to work with...even went above and beyond to help us move furniture around the store to see what pieces matched one another. In then end, I was able to find a sofa w/ a chaise lounge and a chair...both were quality Signature Design by Ashley products, and at a decent price. The furniture was delivered the next day. The Delivery men called before coming out, were professional to deal with and did an awesome job setting the furniture up and getting rid of the packaging. All and all just a pleasant awesome experience all the way around. I would definitely purchase from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture at a fair price.

The nicest furniture salespeople I have ever worked with! They were super flexible with me and helped me figure out exactly how I wanted our rooms to look. There was no pressure to purchase and they let me browse on my own while still being available to answer all my questions. I appreciate their helpfulness and will go to them first for the next room I remodel.

I finally got a perfect couch for my living room. After many months of waiting on a couch from another retailer (it was on back order due to the pandemic), I finally had enough and cancelled that order. I desperately needed a couch so I called Discount Furniture of the Carolinas to see if they had anything in-stock, and they did! The owners were smart enough to order the furniture in surplus, anticipating the supply shortage that the pandemic might cause. How smart of them!nWhen I visited the store to see the floor model of my couch, I loved it right away and placed the order on spot. Allie and Katherine were very friendly and helpful in assisting me with the ordering and delivery. I placed the order on Friday and was told that it would be delivered on Tuesday. However, I called on the next day - Saturday to see if it could be delivered sooner. To my surprise, they managed to rearrange the schedule and got the couch delivered to me on Sunday. The delivery guys were very efficient and meticulous. It took them about 20 min from moving the couch into my place to assembling it and cleaning up everything. I was very satisfied with the entire process and of course, with my couch.nThis is a woman-owned business and people seem to have been working there for a long time. The delivery guy told me he has been working there for 20 years, and he setups the display of everything in the store. I appreciate these kinds of local businesses and would love to be their customer again in the future.
