I had a wonderful experience today buying a new queen mattress at Mattress Firm. The salesman who helped me, Wale, was just fantastic. He took time to explain to me all the differences in the mattresses and how they were built and the reason why there was a cost difference as well as made sure that I knew the promotions that were going on at the time. Purchased a great mattress that fit my price that I know is well-built and all this made for a great experience. Thank you Wale, you did a great job today
I went into the Morrisville North Carolina location this morning only to look at different selections. I was promptly met by their customer service agent and assistant with my shopping immediately. Walay my customer service agent picked out a mattress that was absolutely perfect for me and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Also that mattress happened to be on sale so it was a great experience!
Excellent customer service and best pricing! Both the manager and his boss (Cary location) were extremely courteous and customer oriented!
I went in there hoping to just get prices on a twin bed for my teenager. the wonderful sales ladies really helped me out and found a perfect bed for the perfect perfect price for me. If it wasn’t for these two women I definitely would not have purchased a twin size bed. They did not haggle me or twist my leg to do it. It was too good of a number to pass up. I would definitely recommend this location.
Great experience today. Adetokunboh was really helpful and knowledgeable. It made our shopping experience much better - would definitely go back again.
