I was very happy with my experience with MyWay Mobile Storage. They were very helpful and accommodating. The driver was great! He did everything I asked and kept in contact with me for pick ups and deliveries. I would definitely recommend MyWay to anyone who needs pick up, storage, and delivery!
I chose MyWay mobile storage because it was way cheaper than PODS but offered the same flexibility in being able to have the storage unit delivered to a residence for unloading. I have had my storage unit for almost 2 years and, I must say, every time I have called MyWay with a question or to schedule to have my unit placed out for access or to have the unit delivered to my residence, MyWay staff has always been super helpful and beyond friendly. I just called this morning to make a last minute schedule change for a storage unit drop off and it was no issue at all. The customer service at this place is top notch and I am grateful for how helpful and friendly the MyWay staff is, highly recommend. Thank you!
They will claim to match competition pricing and then when you call and schedule your drop off, they will say... Oh you didn't have it for long enough, we are going to have to go back to our original pricing. What am I supposed to do at that point? They have complete control as they have my belongings...In all fairness ibI did have it a month less than expect and they said I was not longer eligible for the promotions. ThattThat wouldcwould haveehave been nice tomto know ahead of time.. bate and switch. I wouldn't use them again.. the only pleasant person that I dealt with was the delivery driver. Fair warning.. use someone else.
Customer service was amazing and quick to respond. Driver was friendly prompt and communicated well. Highly recommend!
