I went to the Baskin-Robbins on March 29, 2021 around 6 pm. I went inside the store to place an order for a large milkshake. There were 2 servers. One of them was ( Lady with a hat on) near the drive-through, and the other one was a boy (White) with the glasses on and was near the cashier. The boy totally ignored me and while I remained in place for 20 mins and waited for them to take my order. The server (white boy) was laughing and gossiping around but was not interested to take my order. I felt like I was being discriminated against because I had my scarf on, and I look like a Muslim. I politely asked for his name (white boy with the glasses on) but he started behaving rudely. He was very offensive and eventually told me to leave the store. In the end, I left the store without getting the milkshake. I assume that you have store cameras and you may check them. The time frame is around 6 pm to 6:25 pm on March 29, 2021.

I drove 40 minutes to get here tonight. I arrived at 8:20 pm to order ice cream and they told me “we already put the ice cream up!! “ she didn't apologize, didn't try to work it out. I asked if she could go to the back to get the ice cream because this was my second Baskin Robbins location I drove to tonight because the first didnt have Sherbert... she rudely said “NO!!!” I was so confused as to why they weren’t selling ice cream so I asked her why do y’all put the ice cream up early if the place is still open for two hours? She then said “WELL IF YOU WANTED TO KNOW YOU SHOULD'VE CALLED AN ASKED!!”nIM NOT SURE WHO WAS ON THE MIC BEING SO VICIOUSLY RUDE BUT WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW IT WAS A DARK SKINNED LADY WITH A SHORT PONYTAIL/ BUN! WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THE LOCATION EVER AGAIN.nTHIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVEN COMING HERE AND HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

The ice cream was delicious. The service not so much. Employes a little confused and looking lost. Needed a manager or crew leader... people walked as they stood like we did for 5 minutes without getting involved
