Online orders are easy and pick up is available either inside or curbside. Orders are always correct and hot. My elderly mother doesn't eat most things but loves the soups and salads here.

This Location is Amazing. This is my Husbands and my go to place for breakfast and when we need to get some work done. The customer service is amazing and management is very attentive as well. I would definitely recommend it and will continue to visit. Casey is the manager that is always there when we visit and have this great experience.

Courteous employees.... helpful... food is good.. could use a facelift on the outside eating area...most of the chairs were broken... beautiful weather and health concerns lead customers to want to dine outside these days

Worst Panera location I’ve experienced. Every time I stop in they take forever to get your order. Doesn’t matter how busy they are or what you order. I usually just grab a cup of coffee. Nothing fancy and it takes 10-15 min. Today was the worst experience so far. They didn’t even have my order after it populated on the screen as ready. I don’t mean I waited a minute or two, I was waiting for another 10 minutes on top of the 15 for a simple cup of coffee. Atrocious customer service. The last I ordered at the register the person ringing me up was rude and had no idea how to ring up an order.

I can't really complain too much because my coffee is free right now but given my experiences here I would likely not visit if I had to pay. Every time I go there is an issue. Cold coffee, out of the coffee I drink, slow service, etc. The employees are generally very friendly so that's a positive and the bagels/pastries are good. Its been a long time since I have ordered anything beyond that.
