I really think bruegger's has the best tasting bagels anywhere. However, their management is poor. I showed up today to buy some bagels after trying to call the store and getting no answer at all and no indication that they were closed. I observed several other patrons attempting to buy bagels here only to discover the store was closed. If this store were well managed, I would have called and discovered on the phone that they were closed. In general they're calling system is awful, it is frequently busy when I call, and when I call the local store I get directed to headquarters which then I have to select a button to come back to my local store.They're online ordering system through their app is at least as bad as their phone system: it provides no way to select what kind of bagels you want when you order a dozen. Like I said at the start, their bagels are delicious: their rosemary olive oil bagel is superb.

I love Brueggers and the food is great. But this particular location has an employee that is ALWAYS rude. He is maybe 40 years old and I think either a manger or maybe the franchise owner, but he is one of the most grouchy people I've ever met, and it is every time we go here.

Brueggers is a chain but I've been going to this particular store for years and they've had the same staff with some exceptions throughout the time and they are the friendliest and nicest folks around. Getting some bagels from brueggers is kind of a weekend ritual at this point. Support this store, they're good people.

Very bad experience. Placed an order online, arrived at the store and had to wait for 24 min for it to be ready. They priorities Walk ins over online orders. When pointed about long wait, got an attitude from an employee saying “don’t tell me how to handle the business, if you don’t like something don’t come back”. Seriously???? 5 people behind the counter, only one (elderly lady) working fast. One guy stays at the register and only presses buttons. When nobody is at the register he just stands and watches other (elderly lady) working. Huge lines, disrespectful employees, no hi, no thank you. Avoid placing online orders, they won’t be ready on time anyways!
