Picked up an order 2 days before Christmas that was a gift, received wrong flavor. Contacted store by email after the fact( I am not from area) to make them aware of the situation, but no response from them. Good Cakes, Poor customer service.
This location has always gone above and beyond every single time I am there. They are so kind, gracious, and have made it very comfortable to shop even during COVID-19. They are extremely welcoming! Thank you, Nothing Bundt Cakes in Morrisville, I will definitely be ordering for Thanksgiving and Christmas! :)
I am usually very pleased with the service as well as the product. The pricing is fair. But On Oct 8,2020 I came back to the store with a complaint of a light obviously not cooked long enough mini cake. The manager(s) came out glanced at it and pretty much blew me off with a nonchalant answer of a new spray coating is being used. No response of a replacement of the dissatisfaction from me. So it was $10 but it wasn't handled properly in my opinion. So much for good customer satisfaction.
Honestly was so disappointed with my visit to this location. The cakes were not as good as prior locations I’ve visited, the cakes are usually so flavorful but there was no taste. The management staff was pretty disconnected from the customers and seemingly rude upon entering the business. Overall save your time and or money at this establishment.
Do not shop or support this business! Completely unprofessional... With COVID-19 you would expect them to uphold & adhere to the health regulations... The employees/ management will willingly let their children play in the frosting station AND help prepare orders. Completely unprofessional Juliana, & Ms. Val to be exact. Do not support this franchise in morrisville! Spend your money elsewhere.
