Food is always good. Can't wait for the strawberry chicken salad to come back! I get something there every week! I love the chocolate chip cookies too. The customer service is exemplary!

Be warned about the Mac & Cheese with Broccoli when doing drive through ordering!nnRecently, they never get it right. Today, no broccoli and as thick as cement and also white cheese instead of yellow cheddar. It used to be creamy with great flavor but recently it is a hit or miss on how its made. Unfortunately, you do not know how bad it is until you get home. I hope the start doing some QC with the take-out staff...and we even tell them at the order window. They need to go back to the original receipt which was great. I'm tired of having to add heavy cream to make it edible and now not the right cheese and no broccoli.nnManagement needs to manage the people better on the food prep here.

Drive thru casher needs to know how to modifying pre-made flatbread.nnYou can add on but cant take off the ingredients on a flatbread pizza.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY THROUGH THIS STORE ON THEIR SITE!!!!!!nWe waited for out meal and it was supposed to arrive at 1 30 pm. It arrived at 1 10 pm so 20 minutes early doesnt that sound amazing WELL IT WOULD BE IF WE HAD GOTTEN A NOTIFCATION ABOUT IT!!!!! Our food was on the cold ground for about 30 minutes the website did not notify us it was delivered and the driver did not text or notify us that it had been placed on the floor. WHAT MAKES IT WORSE!!!! Is a representative at the store named Allison had no empathy and could only give a half hearted apology and to reach out to door dash customer service EVEN THOUGH WE ORDERED THROUGH PANERA BREAD WEBSITE!!! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE MOVING FORWARD!!!!!
