First time customer here.nPro: Establishment looked pretty and was clean, pastries looked pretty, food and drinks tasted good.nCons: We had no idea how the line works and neither did the group that walked in behind us. We all stood around confused, trying to figure out the system here. I finally found someone, the lady by the pastries, and I told her I need you to tell me what to do. The people behind the counter were completely useless, but friendly. We also ordered drinks and after the staff member took our order she just walked off. I stood off to the side with no idea what to do. I had to go and ask other customers what to do. My wife wanted to order more, but I was unwilling to go through the utter confusing of this establishment a second longer. I wished the other new customers behind us good luck and left. Seeing multiple reviews of the same behavior from months ago I doubt this will be rectified.

Cary desperately needs more unique coffee shops like this one. Unless they adjust their offering to match local tastes, they will go bankrupt quickly. For example, you cannot even get a normal tea here. Just bubble tea. NOT what most people want. Also, the pastries are French-styled but then with Asian twists. Like deep fried croissant dough. Maybe some will like this, MOST will not. Please move your menu over a little to the middle Brecotea!

I came down from NYC to visit my son and granddaughter for the holidays and they showed me this place. One word sums it up: WOW (caps lock intended)!!! The decor is super modern yet cozy. The staff was very helpful and friendly as they answered my myriad of questions, especially Jesse who was absolutely charming and helped me arrange a birthday cake for my granddaughter. And least we forget the food! Amazingly priced for the level of artistry. $35 for six pastries, a loaf of brioche, and two slices of crepe cake.... that would cost closer to $100 in NY. I most definitely recommend this place and hope it becomes in the Triangle.

Great looking place. Staff seems friendly. I would have rated 5 star but they ran out of bubbles and told me it was going to take 7 mins, waited 15. Bubbles were too soft. I’ll try some other time cause I’m the place looks so nice

This is a low grade kind of coffee bakery. Regular coffee cost almost double what it costs at Starbucks! Had slices of cakes twice just to see and they absolutely taste horrible.nnI will absolutely not recommend this place. The only good thing is that it is open until 9:30 PM, I cannot wait for Starbucks and Carribou to open their sitting areas!. That is all it is to it, it is not worth what they charge! I missed my afternoon coffee with a pastry and enjoy a 30 minutes catching up on my Mac. If you grew up with Mediterranean/French bakeries you will understand where I am coming from. Pastries are we do! thought this will come close, not by any stretch of imagination. Gotta be fresh and authentic!
